Falaises 72: five new buildings
Five new buildings offering 40 apartments were built at the lakeside. Unlike traditional buildings, they have a high-quality building envelope, which enables them to save 30% of heating energy in comparison to the national standard.
Measures
- reinforced insulation of facades, roofs and foundations
- installation of energy efficient windows
- implementation of a heat pump - the heat will be extracted from the water of the nearby lake and will cover 80% of the five buildings' demand
